研究目的：

本项目拟对头颈部CTA发现动脉粥样硬化的患者进行研究，再行详细的基线资料调查、超声血流及视网膜血管成像，研究视网膜血管与眼动脉近端颈内动脉、远端大脑前中动脉粥样硬化的关系，同时分析Willis 脑底动脉环的开放状态对其影响的程度，综合判断视网膜血管预警的可行性、敏感性、特异性，以期建立运用视网膜血管来评估头颈部动脉硬化至脑卒中成本低廉、简单易行的新预警方法。

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to get the baseline data of patients with CTA, ultrasounds and retinal imaging, and explore the relationship between ophthalmic artery, retinal blood vessels and proximal internal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery. We evaluate the circle of Willis' effect on ophthalmic artery and estimate the feasibility, sensitivity, specificity on early warning of retinal blood vessels, then, establish a new, low-cost, simple method on assessment of head and neck atherosclerosis.

1、眼底成像不清晰
2、患有其它影响眼底状态疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unclear retinal imaging;
2. Patients with other diseases affecting ocular fundus.
