研究目的：

（1）自体条件血浆对膝骨关节炎患者症状及膝关节运动功能的作用。（2）上述治疗对患者治疗前后关节液炎性因子和抗炎因子表达的影响。（3）探讨自体条件血浆中生长因子的浓度和治疗效果之间的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

1. to evaluate the clinical results obtained after intra-articular injection of Autologous conditioned plasma preparation for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (OA); 2. to describe the effect of the treatment on secretion of inflammatory factors and antiinflammatory factors in patients'synovial fluid; 3. explore the ralationship between the concentration of growth factors in autologous conditioned plasma and the clinical results.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄大于75岁；合并有严重心脑血管疾病者或正在服用抗血小板药物或抗凝药物者；恶性肿瘤疾病患者；肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病；糖尿病患者；免疫抑制或自身免疫疾病患者；血小板计数＜110×109/L，血红蛋白＜110g/L；出血性疾病；关节周围感染；在采血前5天使用非甾体抗炎药和激素类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

systemic disorders such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hematological diseases (coagulopathy), severe cardiovascular diseases, infections, immunodepression, treatment with anticoagulants or antiaggregants, use of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the five days before blood harvesting, hemoglobin value <11g/dl and platelet count <110,000/mmc.
