研究目的：

主要目的是评价电针缓解腰椎间盘突出继发坐骨神经痛的疗效，研究电针的近期和远期疗效，找出对该病有较好治疗意义的保守疗法。虽然有些文献报道针刺缓解坐骨神经痛的疗效较好，但是由于样本量小、缺乏严格的纳入和排除标准、未描述盲法、设计不规范、测量指标不统一、随访时间短、方法学缺陷等问题，文献的证据强度不高，针灸缓解腰椎间盘突出继发坐骨神经痛的疗效尚待进一步证实。其次研究针灸的临床疗效和患者对针灸疗法期待值的关系，明确针灸的疗效是否与患者接受治疗前心理期待值高有一定关系；再次评价电针疗法的患者接受性、满意度，了解针灸疗法是否可被患者接受。

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose is to evaluate the EA in alleviating lumbar disc herniation secondary sciatica, short-term and long-term curative effect of electroacupuncture, find a better therapeutic significance of conservative treatment of the disease. Although some reports in the literature of acupuncture effect to relieve sciatica is good, but due to the small sample size, the lack of strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, not blind, describe the design specification, measurement indicators are not unified, the short follow-up time, methodological flaws and other issues, the strength of evidence of literature is not high, remains to be further confirmed that acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of lumbar disc herniation disc herniation secondary sciatica. The expected value of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy clinical curative effect and patients followed by the study of acupuncture, acupuncture and clear whether patients were treated before high psychological expectations have a certain relationship; electroacupuncture therapy in patients undergoing re evaluation, satisfaction, understanding whether acupuncture can be patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)特别严重者出现马尾综合征或足下垂，需要绝对手术治疗的患者，或者6个月以内作过腰椎间盘手术者。
(2)腰椎间盘突出症经3个月严格保守治疗无效，继续加重，己并发神经根粘连，或健腿直腿抬高试验阳性，或肌肉萎缩明显者。
(3)由于其他非椎间盘突出原因引起的腿痛、麻木或无力者。
(4) 椎间盘突出未引起坐骨神经受累的症状和体征，或仅有腰部疼痛者。
(5)表现为双侧下肢疼痛、麻木、或无力者。
(6)意识不清，合并心血管、肝、肾、消化、造血系统等原发性疾病者，或患者肿瘤，伴有感染、骨折，以及精神病患者。
(7)孕妇或哺乳期妇女。
(8)正在参加其他临床研究者。
(9)安装心脏起搏器，金属过敏或严重惧针者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) in severe cases of cauda equina syndrome or foot drop, the absolute need operation treatment of patients, or within 6 months for lumbar intervertebral disc operation;
(2) lumbar disc herniation after 3 months of conservative treatment is invalid, has continued to increase, with nerve root adhesion, or the healthy leg straight leg raising test was positive, or muscle atrophy;
(3) due to other non lumbar disc herniation causes leg pain, numbness or weakness;
(4) intervertebral disc herniation causing no sciatic nerve involvement symptoms and signs, or only the waist pain.
(5) showed bilateral lower limb pain, numbness, weakness;
(6) unconsciousness, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, hematopoietic system disease, or patients with tumor, infection, fracture, and psychiatric patients;
(7) women who are pregnant or lactating women;
(8) are participating in other clinical researchers;
(9) pacemaker, metal allergy or severe fear of needle.

盲法：	本试验实行针刺操作者、疗效评价者及统计人员三分离。针刺操作者事先并不知道某一受试对象的具体治疗方案，根据信封中随机方法所确定的治疗方案施行治疗；疗效评价者并不清楚患者所接受的治疗方案，只是指导患者填写相关量表；统计者为第三方专业人员，并不清楚分组情况、治疗情况及其意义，确保实验数据收集与分析的真实性与客观性。
Blinding：	In this experiment, the operator implement acupuncture curative effect evaluation and three separate statistical personnel. Acupuncture operator does not know in advance a subject specific treatment, treatment method according to the random envelope in the implementation of treatment; evaluation of curative effect is not clear treatment of patients, but patients were instructed to fill in the relevant scale; statistics for the third party professional, is not clear, and the treatment group meaning, to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of data collection and analysis experiment.
