研究目的：

探讨血糖水平控制良好的糖尿病患者到三级医院就诊的频率差异是否影响其血糖水平，旨在延长就诊间隔，分散三级医院门诊压力，平衡基本医疗服务资源配置与利用状况。

Objectives of Study：

The discussion is about if there is a relationship between the blood glucose and the influence from the frequency that patients with type 2 diabetes who visit the tertiary A hospital. The purpose is to extend the interval for doctors’ visiting, release the pressure of outpatient service in tertiary A hospital, what’s more, rebalance the distribution of medical resource.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①使用胰岛素的患者；②近一个月内有糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒、严重感染及外伤、重大手术者；③合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；④低血压BP＜90/60mmHg，或高血压BP＞160/100mmHg；⑤合并严重慢性糖尿病并发症（如糖尿病肾病、糖尿病眼底病变）；⑥精神病患者；⑦正在参加其他临床试验的患者；⑧酗酒和/或精神活性物质，药物滥用者和依赖者；⑨根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况，如工作环境经常变动、生活环境不稳定等易造成失访的情况；⑩服用的改善血糖、血脂、血压的药物剂量及种类不能保持稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. using insulin;
2. History of ketoacidosis, severe infection and traumatism, or capital operation in the previous 1 month;
3. Major cardiovascular, cerebralvascular, hematological, renal, or hepatic illness;
4. Blood pressure (BP) <90/60mmHg or BP>160/100mmHg;
5. With a severe complication of diabetes mellitus like diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy;
6. Any major psychiatric disorder;
7. Participating other clinical study;
8. History of alcohol, other psychoactive substances or drug abuse or dependence;
9. According to the judgment of researchers, it will reduce the possibility to participate the study or make the participating more complex, for example, change the work or living environment frequent;
10. The dosage and kinds of oral medicine for blood glucose,blood pressure or blood lipids cannot be stable.
