研究目的：

发现癫痫致病基因，阐明癫痫分子遗传机制及病因，建立癫痫发病预测、靶向治疗、用药监测、疗效评估、预后预测及复发风险等个性化综合治疗评估系统。

Objectives of Study：

To identify susceptible genes of epilepsy, illustrate molecular genetics mechanism of epilepsy, and establish an integrated system involving forecasting, target treatment, medication monitoring, effect evaluation, prognosis prediction and relapse risk evaluation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重情感障碍，智力发育迟滞者；
2.有严重酗酒史和药物滥用史；
3.入院前1个月有大量输血史；
4.入院前1个月曾用抗癫痫药物；

Exclusion criteria：

With history of serious emotional disorders, mental retardation; With history of severe alcoholic problem or drug abuse. With history of blood transfusion one month before inclusion; With history of anti-psychotic medication three months before inclusion.
