本研究旨在探讨系统性护理干预对服用三环类抗抑郁剂的抑郁症患者便秘发生率的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of a nursing intervention for the incidence of constipation in depressed patients during treatment with tricyclic antidepressant.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重的心脏病、近期有心肌梗死发作史、癫痫、青光眼、尿潴留、甲状腺机能亢进、肝功能损害、对三环类药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe heart disease, the recent history of myocardial infarction attack, epilepsy, glaucoma, urinary retention, hyperthyroidism, liver function damage and tricyclic drug allergies were excluded.
