研究目的：

观察短期胰岛素泵强化序贯艾塞那肽治疗对新诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛细胞功能、长期血糖控制及第2年血糖缓解率的影响和血糖缓解的预测因素探讨。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this extension study is to evaluate long-term glycemic control and the relationship between glycemic remission and their Beta-cell function and to assess the variables predictive of long-term near-normoglycemic remission for at least 24 months after short-term intensive insulin sequential exenatide therapy cessation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究A的排除标准：
1）有严重糖尿病急、慢性并发症
2）肾功能损害，血清肌酐≥150umol/L
3）转氨酶升高，高于正常值高限的2.5倍以上
4）严重心脏病患者
5）严重高血压(坐位收缩压≥180mmHg和/或舒张压≥110mmHg)
6）有胰腺炎病史（慢性、急性及复发性）
7）严重的全身性疾病或恶性肿瘤
8）接受长期的全身性皮质类固醇治疗、免疫抑制剂或细胞毒治疗
9）对试验药物或相关产品过敏不能合作的患者
10）有妊娠可能的女性患者
11）不能合作的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria of study A
1. acute or severe chronic diabetic complications;
2. Recently suffered from MI or CVA;
3. severe gastrointestinal disease;
4. other severe intercurrent illness.
5. serum aminotransferase (ALT and AST) level higher than 2 times of the upper normal limits and/or serum creatinie >133umol/L (1.5mg/dL);
6. tested positive for glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody;
7. use of weight loss drugs, corticosteroids, drugs known to affect gastrointestinal motility, transplantation medications, or any investigational drug;
8. history of pancreatitis;
9. Pregnant or lactation women.
