研究目的：

虽然外用皮质类固醇一直是局部治疗AD的最广泛的一线疗法，但是长期持续外用皮质类固醇会增加副作用发生的风险；抗生素治疗虽然可能有效，但是抗生素的局部使用更易导致耐药菌的产生。前瞻性研究显示：JUC对湿疹、接触性皮炎可提高治疗治疗总有效率，缩短患处愈合时间。本研究的目的是设计科学的临床研究方案，实施多中心临床研究，收集结果，来证明创新的“物理抗微生物膜”治疗AD的效果。

Objectives of Study：

Topical corticosteroids have been one of the most extensive first-line local therapies for AD, but long-term use of topical corticosteroids will increase the risk of side effects; antibiotic treatment may be effective, but the local use of antibiotics is more likely to lead to the generation of drug-resistant strains. Prospective study showed that JUC can improve the total effective rate of the treatment and shorten the healing time for eczema and contact dermatitis. The purpose of this study is to design a scientific clinical research plan, implement multi-center clinical research and collect results, to prove that the effect of innovative "physical antimicrobial film" in treatment of AD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

● 合并其他严重的系统性疾病（如糖尿病等）；
● 入选前2周内接受过局部抗菌药物治疗者；
●入选前4周接受过系统抗菌治疗者；
● 严重免疫功能低下或需长期应用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂者；
● 有精神系统疾病；
● 对采用的药物过敏者（铵盐过敏）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had received local antimicrobial drugs within 2 weeks before selection;
2. Patients who had received systemic antimicrobial treatment within 4 weeks before selection;
3. Patients who are severely immunocompromised or requiring long-term application of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants;
4. Patients with mental system disease;
5. Patients who are allergic to the used drug (allergic to ammonium salt).
