研究目的：

本研究的目的是设计科学临床方案，实施多中心临床研究，收集结果，证明“物理抗微生物膜”治疗白色念珠菌性外阴阴道病和预防白色念珠菌性外阴阴道病复发的效果。前瞻性研究显示”长效抗菌材料”与硝酸咪康唑治疗白色念珠菌性外阴阴道病有同样的治疗效果，本项研究不采用抗菌药物的化学和生物学的抗菌方法，而采用创新的物理学的物理抗菌方法，不仅可以治疗白色念珠菌性外阴阴道病，还可以有效预防白色念珠菌性外阴阴道病复发。这种方法的价值主要是可以避免抗菌药物导致的耐药性问题。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is intended to demonstrate the effect of "Physical Antimicrobial Film" on treating vulvovaginal candidiasis and preventing its recurrence by collecting results with a scientifically designed clinical protocol in a multi-center clinical study. The prospective study shows "JUC Spray Dressing" and miconazole nitrate have the same therapeutic effect on treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. In this study, an innovative physical antimicrobial method rather than a biological or chemical antibacterial method of antibiotics is used, which can treat vulvovaginal candidiasis and effectively prevent its recurrence. The value of this method mainly lies in avoiding antibiotic resistance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、怀孕或哺乳
2、有HIV感染者或其他严重疾病
3、七日内使用过抗生素者
4、精神不正常者
5、对采用药物过敏者（铵盐过敏）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating patients;
2. Patients with HIV infection or other severe diseases;
3. Patients administered with antibiotics withinn 7 days;
4. Mentally ill patients;
5. Patients with drug allergy (allergic to ammonium salts).
