研究目的：

本课题采用多中心大样本随机对照试验进行研究，拟回答以下问题：1、试验组（疏肝健脾针刺法组）与对照组（西药组）相比，存在哪些治疗优势？2、IBS基因亚型与疗效的相关性。3、对针刺及西药的安全性进行评价。  

Objectives of Study：

This study of a large multicenter randomized controlled trial intends to answer the following questions: 1. the experimental group (Soothing Gan and Invigorating Pi acupuncture group) compared to control group (western medicine group), what are the advantages? 2. The correlation of IBS gene subtypes and efficacy; 3. The safety evaluation of acupuncture and Western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)符合IBS-M、IBS-U罗马Ⅲ诊断标准者；
(2)有肠道器质性病变，或有影响消化道动力的全身疾病（如胆囊胰腺炎、甲亢、糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全、神经系统病变）；
(3)合并有心血管系统、肝、肾、造血系统、精神疾病、认知功能明显障碍等严重原发性疾病；
(4)有腹部或直肠肛门手术史；
(5)经常服用影响胃肠动力或者改变肠道功能的药物或制剂者；
(6)年龄在18岁以下或70岁以上；
(7)妊娠、哺乳期、产后≤12月及过敏体质者；
(8)同时采用其他治疗或服用其他药物，影响疗效或安全性判断者；
(9)患者拒绝入组观察或含有其他不稳定因素，例如：未按规定服用其他影响疗效观察的药物导致无法判断疗效或资料不全等；
(10)安装心脏起搏器，金属过敏或严重惧针者；
(11)参与其他课题试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. comply with IBS-M, IBS-U Rome III diagnostic criteria;
2. intestinal organic disease, or systemic diseases affect the digestive power (such as gallbladder pancreatitis, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, chronic renal failure, nervous system diseases);
3. associated with the cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, mental disorders, cognitive disorders and other serious primary disease;
4. history of abdominal or anorectal surgery;
5. often take drugs or preparations which affect gastrointestinal motility or alter intestinal function;
6. under the age of 18 or over 70 years old;
7. pregnancy, lactation, postpartum <=12 months and allergies;
8. while using other treatments or take other medications, which affect the efficacy or safety for judgments;
9. the patients into the group refuse to be observed or have other destabilizing factors, for example: Failing to comply with the provision,while taking other drugs affect the efficacy and can not judge the efficacy or having incomplete information, etc;
10. installed a pacemaker, metal allergy or severe fear of needles;
11. The involvement of other experiments.

由江苏省中医院GCP中心统一控制，采用“R”统计分析软件的“sample” 程序产生研究所需的随机方案，各分中心受试对象的随机分配采用中心随机化方法。

通过纸质CRF表格记录元数据，再由两人交叉核对讲数据转录到epidata建立的数据库。数据管理由专人负责。
