研究目的：

评价超小剂量贝伐单抗联合替莫唑胺治疗复发高级别胶质瘤有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness of ultra-low dose Bevacizumab plus Temozolomide for recurrent high-grade gliomas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)诊断不符合复发高级别胶质瘤；2)高级别胶质瘤诊断并非通过术后病理确立；3)患者影像学检查结果未达标；4)年龄不符合本研究要求的患者；5)患者病情不允许使用超小剂量贝伐单抗联合替莫唑胺治疗；6)具有临床医师认为不适合参加本研究的其他情况；7)患者不同意参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The diagnosis is not recurrent high-grade glioma;
2. The diagnosis of high-grade glioma was not established by pathological method;
3. The results of imageological examinations do not meet the standard of including;
4. the age of the patient does not meet the requirement of this research;
5. the condition of the patient does not permit the treatement of ultra-low dose Bevacizumab plus Temozolomide;
6. there are other conditions that the clinicans believe that the treatment of ultra-low dose Bevacizumab plus Temozolomide is not appropriate for the patient;
7. the patient is not willing to join in this research.
