研究目的：

评价右美托咪定联合针刺对体外循环（CPB）下心脏手术患者的脑保护及认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate effect of dexmedetomidine combined electroacupuncture on the protective of brain in patients undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）拒绝参加本研究；（2）既往体外循环手术史；（3）既往精神疾病史；（4）有神经后遗症的脑血管疾病；（5）术前心功能不全>III级和/或心绞痛>III级和/或LVEF<35%；（6）术前肾功能不全（血肌酐>2.0mg/dL或177?mol/L）；（7）术前活动性肝脏疾病；（8）窦房结功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who refuse to participate in this study;
2. again heart surgery;
3. patients with past psychological disorder history;
4. patients with neurological sequelae of cerebral vascular diseases;
5. patients with cardiac dysfunction >III and/or angina pectoris >III and/or LVEF<35%;
6. patients with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine level>2.0mg/dl or 177umol/L);
7. patients with active liver diseases;
8. sinus node dysfunction.
