观察重度烧伤患者住院期间血清中各种参数（血糖、胰岛素、糖基化终末产物和活性氧等）的改变，旨在明确烧伤后患者胰岛素敏感性及影响胰岛素敏感性相关因子的变化

To observe the changes of several molecules (glucose, insulin, advanced glycation endproducts, reactive oxygen species and so on) in blood from patients post severe burn for studying the postburn insulin sensitivity and molecular mechanism.
