研究目的：

本研究以性病门诊为依托，构建信息化干预平台，在MSM中开展实验流行病学研究，为实验组MSM提供检测提醒短信、微信和QQ推送行为干预信息等信息化干预服务，并定期随访。通过比较实验组组内MSM接受干预前后高危行为发生率，实验组和对照组组间MSM高危行为发生率、发现HIV阳性MSM的平均时间间隔、感染者的CD4水平、感染者的早发现比例等指标，阐明信息化干预平台是否能够早发现MSM中的HIV感染者并减少该人群高危行为的发生，降低其感染HIV的风险，最终为我国制定艾滋病防治新策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In our study, we aim to establish an STD clinic-based, informationized interventional platform and carry out experimental epidemiological research among MSM. The platform will be used to provide information services including regular testing reminders, sharing behavior intervention information through Wechat and QQ software for MSM in experimental group. All participants will be followed by researchers on a regular basis. High-risk behavior incidence before and after intervention, average time leading to HIV diagnosis, average CD4 cell level among HIV positive people and early HIV diagnosis rate among MSM will be compared between experimental and control groups in order to illuminate whether the intervention results in early HIV diagnosis and decreasing high-risk behaviors among MSM. Findings from this trial will provide a basis for the government to formulate new strategies for AIDS prevention and control among MSM.
