研究目的：

分析大于5岁以上儿童哮喘病人外周血及诱导痰液中Thl7及Treg细胞表达特征及其对病情的影响证实儿童哮喘病人发病机制中存在Th17/Treg失衡。并通过对IDO代谢产物的检测证实哮喘患儿气道DC是否表达IDO来抑制T细胞分化，在一定条件下IDO可能是Th17细胞向Treg转换的分子“开关”，在哮喘发病机制中起保护性作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the Thl7 and the Treg cell expression characteristic from peripheral blood and Induced sputum in the patient of child over 5 years old, to confirm existing Th17/Treg imbalance in pathogenesis of Childhood asthma. And through the detection of IDO metabolites, to confirmed expression of IDO to inhibit T cell differentiation in airway DC of children with asthma.Under certain conditions, IDO may be a molecular "transformation of Th17 cells into Treg switch", which may play a protective role in the pathogenesis of asthma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)近2周口服或静脉使用过糖皮质激素或免疫调节剂；（2）合并其他免疫性疾病如结核病、系统性红斑狼疮、幼年性特发性关节炎等；（3）发病4周内曾患感染性疾病，如上呼吸道感染，肺炎等；（4）心肺功能衰竭者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. nearly 2 weeks of oral or intravenous use of glucocorticoids or immune modulators;
2. associated with other autoimmune diseases such as tuberculosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis;
3. the incidence of 4 weeks had been suffering from infectious diseases, including upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia;
4. the function of heart and lung failure.
