研究目的：

1 重症外伤患者在快速血栓弹力图指导下实现目标导向性的成分输血。 2 为确立中国新的输血技术标准与规范提供科学依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. Rapid Thrombelastography can be applied to the goal-directed Transfusion Therapy in the Severe Trauma Patients; 2. provid the scientific evidence for erecting the new technical criteria of Transfusions in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）年龄<18岁或>65岁。2）烧伤面积大于体表面积20%
3）患有凝血性疾病的患者。4）长期使用抗凝药物的患者。
5）住院30分钟内死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who were younger than 18 years, older than 65 years;
2. Patients had burn wounds more than 20% total body surface area;
3. Patients with known coagulation disorders;
4. Patients with ongoing anticoagulant treatment;
5. Patients who died within 30 minutes of arrival.
