研究目的：

震動訓練機為一項新興的運動訓練器材，其設計概念為給予運動者水平或垂直的震動，提供不穩定的環境以及利用肌梭（muscle spindles）的牽張刺激反射（stretch reflex），進而增進血液循環能力，來達到提升肌力、爆發力亦可放鬆肌肉組織與舒解筋絡等效果，已有很多研究指出震動訓練具有一般有氧運動與肌力訓練效果，並可以改善其生理表現，因而本實驗採取更精密之測量儀器用已了解全身震動訓練對身體生理表現的影響。  

Objectives of Study：

Whole body vibration （WBV）training is a novel exercise intervention, which is applied in athletic and general populations with the aim of improving muscle strength and balancing ability. The present study sought to discover the response to different frequencies of whole body vibration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心智能力不正常者。
2.腎臟或者膀胱有結石之受測者。
3.裝有心臟節律器之受測者。
4.半年內有接受骨折開刀手術之受測者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. mental capacity is not normal;
2. kidney or bladder stones;
3. cardiac pacemakers;
4. surgery for fractures subjects in six months.
