研究目的：

大夜班護理人員在醫療服務體系中是不可或缺的角色，夜間照護的住院患者，多半屬於自我保護能力較弱者，因此，除了心理壓力較重於白天工作人員之外，當夜晚上正是睡眠傾向最強時，卻需要在人造光線下長時工作，違反正常晝夜節律，易使生理節奏紊亂，更影響身體褪黑激素之正常釋放。因此，長期的大夜班工作型態，可能導致護理人員身心健康的問題，如失眠、頭痛、憂鬱、焦慮、免疫系統等症狀。爰此，本研究計畫擬針對大夜班護理人員的疲勞舒緩或預防的方法加以探討。  

Objectives of Study：

Night shift nurses are an integral role in the health care system, night care of hospitalized patients, mostly belonging to weaker ability to protect themselves, therefore, in addition to heavy psychological pressure on staff during the day outside at night is the night of sleep propensity when the strongest, but need to work under artificial light in a long time, in violation of the normal circadian rhythm, easy to make the circadian rhythm disorders, but also affect the body's melatonin normal release melatonin. Therefore, the long night shift work patterns may lead to physical and mental health nursing problems, such as insomnia, headaches, depression, anxiety, and other symptoms of the immune system. Yuan, this study intends to plan for the big night shift nurses relieve fatigue or prevention methods to be explored.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受試者身體有外傷，無法接受溫熱治療者。
2.有心臟病，長期服用藥物三種以上者。
3.糖尿病患者且施打胰島素者。
4.懷孕中者。
5.慢肝炎者(GOT、GPT＞100)
6.發燒、急性感染等症狀者。
7.洗腎患者。
8.無法配合進行各項評估流程者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects body trauma, unable to accept the warm treatment;
2. have heart disease, long-term medication three or more persons;
3. diabetes and insulin injections are administered;
4. pregnant person;
5. Slow hepatitis (GOT, GPT>100);
6. fever, acute infections and other symptoms;
7. dialysis patients;
8. unable to carry out the assessment process with those.
