本研究旨在评估中国大陆养老院衰弱老年人中ACP干预的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an ACP program among frail older people in nursing homes in Mainland China in relation to the following: 1. EOLC preferences; 2. Quality of life concerns; 3. Participants knowledge of ACP issues; 4. Certainty in making decisions on EOLC; and 5. Healthcare utilization.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有精神障碍、无法沟通；失语或无法理解普通话；听力障碍

Exclusion criteria：

older people with a loss of hearing; aphasia or not being able to understand Mandarin Chinese; or those with psychiatric or cognitive problems.

The two nursing homes were randomly chosen to be either the experimental study site or the control study site by tossing a coin. The coin with the number side represented the control group and the other side represented the experimental group.
