研究超早期强化康复活动对缺血性卒中患者运动功能的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of early and intensive rehabilitation on improving the motor function of patients with acute ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.发病前mRS＞3分
2.入卒中单元后进展性卒中或直接入重症监护病房
3.脑出血
4.合并急性冠脉综合症,严重心功能不全
5.合并严重心律失常
6.下肢骨折等因素不能完成康复训练
7.要求姑息治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1. patient with a premorbid modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score 3 (indicating disability);
2. deterioration within the first hour of admission to the stroke unit or direct admission to intensive care, concurrent progressive neurological disorder;
3. patients with cerebral hemorrhage;
4. acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure;
5. acute arrhythmia;
6. lower-limb fracture that prevented mobilization;
7. require palliative care.
