研究目的：

（1）研究不同剂量和配伍的全麻方法对心脏手术患者围术期脑内氨基酸、细胞因子、皮质醇、 SOD、MDA、NSE、S100β蛋白、MBP、血气分析及脑氧代谢指标的影响。（2）评价上述指标变化与POCD发生的关系。（3）探讨不同剂量和配伍全麻方法与非体外冠脉搭桥术和瓣膜置换术POCD发生的关系。确立心脏手术麻醉中常用全麻药物合理用药剂量和配伍方案，降低POCD发生率

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of general anesthesia methods on postoperative cognitive function of patients with cardiac surgery, and the relationship between dosage of general anesthetic and incidence of cognitive function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)急诊手术；
2)年龄>80岁或<18岁；
3)术前存在脑血管疾病病史；
4)精神心理疾病史，长期服用镇静药及抗抑郁药；
5)气胸史；
6)肝、肾功能异常；
7)二次手术；
8)EF<40％；
9)酗酒；
10)受教育程度<7年；
11)严重视觉、听觉障碍及语言无法交流者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) emergency surgery;
(2) preoperative cerebrovascular disease;
(3) history of mental illness, long-term use of sedatives and antidepressants;
(4) history of pneumothorax;
(5) liver and kidney dysfunction;
(6) secondary surgery;
(7) EF <40%;
(8) alcohol;
(9) level of education <7 years;
(10) serious visual, auditory and language can't communicate.
