研究目的：

1.研究新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发病敏感的生物学指标以期早期诊断；2.研究新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎预测疾病严重程度的生物学指标；3.无创的尿液样本生物学指标检查为进一步筛查，早期发现提供实验依据；4.为新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的病因学研究提供基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To find sensitive and specific biomarker to early diagnosis of neonatal necrotising enterocolitis; 2. To find biomarker to predict the severity of neonatal necrotising enterocolitis; 3. To find noninvasive biomarker to screen the high risk neonate to find neonatal necrotising enterocolitis in early stage; 4. provide any clues of the etiology research of neonatal necrotising enterocolitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重的先天畸形和染色体缺陷患儿；2.入院时NEC起病超过24小时的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

The newborns who have severe congenital anomaly and chromosome defects; the newborns who have necrotising enterocolitis onset 24 hours before admission.
