研究目的：

探讨对肺功能正常的患者实施腹部手术时，如何选择合适的通气策略以减少机械相关性肺损伤。使保护性策略通气作为预防手段为肺功能正常患者实施腹部手术时提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To explore when implement the abdominal surgeries in patients with normal lung function, how to choose the suitable ventilation strategies to reduce the mechanical ventilation related lung injury.Make the protective ventilation strategy as a preventive measure to provide the reference for patients with normal pulmonary function when implement the abdominal surgeries.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者拒绝签署知情同意书，近一个月有肺部感染病史或者发烧史，高血压，冠心病史,肝肾功能异常，肺通气功能监测：MVV实测值/预计值<70%、FEV1<60%

Exclusion criteria：

The patient refused to sign a consent form, history of lung infection or fever in the last month, high blood pressure, Coronary heart disease, Liver and kidney dysfunction, pulmonary function testing of preoperative: MVV measured values/expected value <70%, FEV1 <60%
