研究目的：

分析慢性肾脏病对急性脑梗死患者长期预后的影响，从而为临床上对急性脑梗死的诊治提供帮助。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between chronic kidney disease(CKD) and long-term outcomes in acute ischemic stroke patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①医源性或颅脑创伤并发脑梗死；②合并其他颅内病变（如硬膜下血肿、颅内肿瘤）、严重痴呆；③无症状性脑梗死；④患有影响肢体功能的骨关节疾病；⑤肾功能衰竭患者，即估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）<15 ml/min/1.73m2；⑥急性肾脏损伤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Iatrogenic acute cerebral infarction or secondary to craniocerebral trauma;
2.With other intracranial lesions(subdural hematoma,intracranial tumors,et al),severe dementia;
3.Asymptomatic acute ischemic stroke;
4.With osteoarthropathy influencing limb function;
5.With renal failure,i.e.,estimated glomerular filtration rate was less than 15 ml/min/1.73m2;
6.With acute kidney injury;
