研究目的：

比较腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术中传统吻合技术组和尿道周围组织重建技术组围手术期结果及术后早期（术后拔除尿管后12周内）尿控率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the perioperative and early urinary continence (postoperative 12 weeks) outcomes of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with and without total reconstruction technique.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)凝血功能障碍
2)严重的心肺等疾患无法耐受腹腔镜手术
3)以往盆腔有重大创伤或手术史
4)前列腺及尿道手术史
5)盆腔放射治疗史
6)合并任何可能影响尿控及排尿功能的疾病，如神经源性膀胱、尿道狭窄
7)研究者认为应排除在本研究之外的其他任何情况

Exclusion criteria：

1) Coagulation disorder;
2) Severe heart, lung disease etc.;
3) Pelvic surgical or trauma history;
4) Prostate and urethral surgical history;
5) Pelvic radiotherapy history;
6) Any disease impacting urinary continence;
7) Other situation which was recognized should be excluded by the researcher.
