研究目的：

评估基于信息化平台的生活方式干预是否有助于降低糖尿病前期患者发生糖尿病的危险性。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to assess whether information platform-based intervention that encouraged lifestyle modification could reduce the risk of developing diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）曾诊断为糖尿病患者；（2）不会使用手机短信、微信；（3）由临床医生诊断不适合参加本研究者，如严重的心脑血管疾病、精神心理疾病、癌症等；（4）正在怀孕或哺乳（不包括6周内将结束哺乳的妇女）以及研究期间有怀孕计划的妇女；（5）家庭中另外一个成员是本试验的工作人员；（6）目前或曾经参加了另外的干预研究项目可能会影响干预效果；（7）近半年内服用降糖药、降脂药及减肥药物者；（8）研究者认为受试者存在任何不适合进入本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects were excluded from the study if they
(1) had a history of diabetes mellitus;
(2) unable to use mobile phone;
(3) had major illness,such as cancer, chronic liver or kidney disease;
(4) in pregnant or lactation period or plan to become pregnant during study;
(5) another household member is a staff member in the study;
(6) current or anticipated participation in another intervention research project that would interfere with any of the interventions offered in this trial;
(7) were currently on medication known to alter glucose tolerance; and
(8) conditions not specifically mentioned above may serve as criteria for exclusion at the discretion of the clinic site.
