研究目的：

在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者中，明确血浆儿茶酚胺水平与IL-18之间是否存在因果关系，明确高水平的儿茶酚胺和IL-18是否与ACS患者的心肌损伤及预后相关。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the causal relationship between serum cathecholamines (norepinephrine and epinephrine) and IL-18 in the acute coronary syndrome patients. To determine if high level serum cathecholamines and IL-18 are associated with cardiac injury and adverse cardiovascular events.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)心脏瓣膜病和其他结构性心脏病；（2）已知的心肌病；(3)近一个月经历手术或创伤；(4)既往6月内有脑血管病史；(5)恶性肿瘤；(6)自身免疫疾病；(7)严重感染；(8)严重肝、肾功能不全等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Valvular heart disease or other structural heart disease;
(2)Known cardiomyopathy;
(3)Prior surgery or trauma within 1 month prior to admission;
(4)History of cerebrovascular disease in the past 6 months;
(5)Malignancy;
(6)Autoimmune disease;
(7)Severe infection;
(8)Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.
