研究目的：

观察肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者内镜下治疗静脉曲张前后上消化道的运动功能的变化以及酸反流情况，以指导抑酸药及胃肠动力药物的使用，更好预防静脉曲张出血的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the motion and acid reflux before and after the endoscopic therapy of gastroesophageal varices with liver cirrhosis to guide the usage of PPI or motility drugs，in order to prevent varices bleeding.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、肝性脑病或其他原因引起精 神障碍患者，无法配合检查及治疗；2、门脉海绵样变性、布-加综合征和肝脏肿瘤患者；3、生命体征不稳定者；4、仍有活动性出血患者；5、合并急性冠脉综合征、未经控制的高血压等其他系统严重疾病者；6、患者或家属无法理解本研究的条件和目标。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hepatic encephalopathy or other metal disorders;
2. cavernous transformation of the portal vein，Budd-Chiari Syndrome and liver carcinoma;
3. With unstable vital signs;
4. Active bleeding patients;
5. With ACS, uncontrolled high blood pressure or other serious diseases;
6. Cannot reach written informed consent.
