研究目的：

利用静息态fMRI在体无创性的检测正常人的脑DMN；检测首发重性抑郁症患者脑DMN的特征性异常改变，包括异常环路及其功能连接；以全脑的网络属性影像学指标为基础，初步探讨针刺百会穴对正常人及首发重性抑郁症患者脑DMN的影响，分析两者的异同，初步探讨针刺治疗抑郁症的机制，为针刺治疗抑郁症的推广提供直观的影像学支持。

Objectives of Study：

Using resting-state fMRI in vivo noninvasive detection of normal brain DMN; detected abnormalities DMN in patients with major depressive disorder, including abnormal loop and functional connectivity; network properties to the whole brain imaging targets based on a preliminary study on acupuncture at normal weight and depression in patients with cerebral DMN starting to analyze the similarities and differences in both groups, explore the mechanism of acupuncture in treating depression, acupuncture treatment for depression promotional offers intuitive Imaging support.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：①（1）对于其他诊断，包括分裂情感性障碍，精神分裂症，器质性精神障碍，妄想性精神障碍，协调或不协调与心境或躁郁症精神病特征DSM-IV标准;② 头部损伤或神经系统疾病和退行性疾病，如运动障碍和帕金森氏病的历史）；③急性自杀或杀人或需要住院治疗;④任何MRI禁忌症;⑤所有的针灸患者的禁忌症;⑥评估针灸针刺无反应的。所有被试者没有无抽烟，妇女无哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) DSM-IV criteria for other diagnoses that included schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, organic mental disorders, delusional mental disorder, psychotic features coordinated or uncoordinated with mood or bipolar disorder;
(2) history of head injury or neurological disorder and degenerative diseases such as movement disorders and Parkinson’s disease);
(3) acutely suicidal or homicidal or requiring inpatient treatment;
(4) any MRI contraindications;
(5) all of acupuncture in patients with contraindications;
(6) assessment of acupuncture needling non-responders. All subjects did not smoke, no lactating women.
