研究目的：

2型糖尿病的患病率及就诊率越来越多，耗费巨大的医疗资源，而质子泵抑制剂（PPI）是酸相关治疗的一线用药，我们前期研究发现PPI对糖尿病有一定的降糖效应，且我们的动物实验也发现PPI对糖尿病大鼠有降糖作用，然而目前对PPI治疗2型糖尿病的治疗机制仍未明确。因此，本研究结合国内外2型糖尿病的基础及临床研究现状，本研究拟探究不同剂量PPI治疗2型糖尿病过程中糖尿病相关指标的变化，及检测PPI治疗后糖尿病患者胃泌素、GLP-1、肠抑胃肽、胆囊收缩素、胰高血糖素、PYY、游离脂肪酸、胆汁酸等的变化，证实PPI治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及机制。

Objectives of Study：

The prevalence and treatment of type 2 diabetes become more and more costly. The proton pump inhibitor (PPI) is a first-line treatment of acid-related medication. Previous studies we found that PPI have some hypoglycemic effect in diabetes, and our animal experiments have confirmed this effect in diabetic rats, but the mechanism remains unclear. Therefore, we intends to explore different doses of PPI treatment of diabetes-related changes in indicators of type 2 diabetes during PPI therapy and detection of gastrin diabetes, GLP-1 changes in gastric inhibitory peptide, cholecystokinin, glucagon, PYY, free fatty acids, bile acids, etc., confirming the efficacy and mechanism of PPI therapy in type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、1型糖尿病、及其急性并发症以及严重基础疾病患者。严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍等病变；
2、严重糖尿病肾病、糖尿病自主神经病变等相关并发症；
3、受试前1月使用影响胃肠运动的药物。
4、继发性糖尿病、T2DM急性并发症如酮症酸中毒及应激状态；
5、心肺功能不全、贫血等缺氧状态；
6、急、慢性酸中毒；
7、急慢性胃炎、急慢性消化系溃疡、急性胰腺炎、胰腺癌等各种胃肠道疾病；
8、肝硬化、肝癌；
9、妊娠妇女。
10、空腹血糖>10mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes, and acute complications and severe diseases. Including: Severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders and other diseases;
2. Severe diabetic nephropathy, diabetic autonomic neuropathy and other complications;
3. Use of medications that affect gastrointestinal motility drugs for last 1 month;
4. The complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis and acute stress of type 2 diabetes;
5. Acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic digestive ulcer, acute pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer and other gastrointestinal diseases;
6. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction, anemia and hypoxia;
7. acute and chronic acidosis;
8. Cirrhosis, liver cancer;
9. Pregnant women;
10. Fasting glucose >10mmol/L.
