制定适合重庆市农村人群H.pylori根除的优化方案

Objectives of Study：

to develop suitable optimization on H.pylori eradication of rural population in Chongqing

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

埃索美拉唑，雷贝拉唑，阿莫西林，呋喃唑酮，铋剂，奥美拉唑，兰索拉唑，泮托拉唑，阿莫西林，呋喃唑酮，克拉霉素

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Esomeprazole, rabeprazole, amoxicillin, furazolidone, bismuth, omeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole, amoxicillin, furazolidone, clarithromycin

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）胃大部切除术、胃部成形术、迷走神经切断术史的患者；
（2）食管糜烂及溃疡;
(3) 妊娠或哺乳期妇女;
(4) 试验期间不能避免饮酒的患者；
（5）严重的肝、肾、心、脑、肺、内分泌系统、造血系统疾病患者或存在其它影响本研究评价的严重疾病；
（6）恶性肿瘤患者；
（7）卓-艾综合征的患者；
（8）对本研究所用药物过敏者患者；
（10）在用研究药物前3个月内参加过其它临床试验者。
（11）患者同时服用非甾体抗炎药、抗凝药或经CYP2C19 代谢的药物。
（12）难以完成随访或影响顺应性的各种因素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients of gastrectomy, stomach angioplasty, vagus nerve transection
(2) esophageal erosions and ulcers;
(3) pregnant or lactating women;
(4) During the test can not be avoided in patients with alcohol;
(5) severe liver, kidney, heart, brain, lung, endocrine system, patients with blood diseases or the presence of other study evaluated the impact of this serious disease;
(6) cancer patients;
(7) Zhuo - Ai syndrome patients;
(8) of the Institute for patients with drug allergies;
(10) persons in other study participated in clinical trials of drug prior to 3 months;
(11) patients are also taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants or drugs metabolized by CYP2C19;
(12) difficult to complete the follow-up, or the influence of various factors compliance.
