研究目的：

采用严格的随机平行对照研究设计，系统评价八段锦运动对轻度认知障碍老年人认知功能的影响效果及其安全性，为其推广应用提供科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness and safety of Baduanjin exercise on cognitive function of older adults with mild cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①高血压患者且血压无法控制者（服药后收缩压大于160mmHg或舒张压大于100mmHg）；
②患有严重失语及视听障碍；
③患有抑郁，老年抑郁量表（GDS）≥11分或其它精神病史（如人格障碍、精神分裂症等）；
④患有冠心病史、严重脏器衰竭、肌肉骨骼系统疾病以及其他运动禁忌症者；
⑤有酒精、药物滥用史；
⑥正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。
凡具有以上条件之一者，均排除出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

The eligible participants should not meet any of the following criteria:
(1) have a history of hypertension and blood pressure is not under control (systolic blood pressure is more than 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is greater than 100 mmHg after taking blood pressure medication);
(2) have loss of senses (blindness, deafness);
(3) had a depression (scored more than 11/30 on the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)) or other diagnosed psychiatric conditions (eg, schizophrenia);
(4) have been suffering from coronary heart disease, or musculoskeletal system diseases or other severe medical conditions for which exercise is contraindicated;
(5) Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse;
(6)current participation in other research projects.
