研究目的：

探讨BIS指导下择期行腹部手术的老年患者早期术后认知功能障碍与血清S-100β蛋白的相关性，为老年手术患者麻醉深度的选择提供依据和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation of BIS under the guidance of elective abdominal surgery in elderly patients with early postoperative cognitive dysfunction and serum protein S-100beta, provide references for elderly surgical patients choose the depth of anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有神经、精神系统疾病；长期服用大量镇静剂或抗抑郁药；有酗酒史、吸毒史或药物依赖史；有明显心血管和肝肾功能受损疾病；有严重的听力、视力障碍或运动异常；体重波动范围超过标准体重的±25％；术前测试不依从、无法沟通，以及不能完成术后随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Neurological, psychiatric disorders; a large number of long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse history, or history of drug dependence; significantly impaired kidney function and cardiovascular disease; have serious hearing, visual impairment or motor abnormalities; weight fluctuation range exceeds the standard weight of thereabout 25%; preoperative testing nonadherence, unable to communicate, as well as those who can not complete the postoperative follow-up.
