研究目的：

胸腔镜手术中良好的视野取决于有效的肺萎陷，传统的双腔管单肺通气时肺萎陷缓慢，影响了手术操作。本研究中我们试图使用通气暂停的方法加速与改善肺萎陷，并与传统单肺通气法在有效性与安全性方面进行对比，探讨合理的肺萎陷方法。

Objectives of Study：

Adequate surgical exposure during thoracoscopic surgery requires sufficient collapse of the operative lung while maintaining ventilation of the contralateral lung using one lung ventilation (OLV). Deflation of the operative lung is typically achieved with conventional double lumen tube (DLT): the operative lung is open to the atmosphere. The aim of the current study is to examine whether temporary stop of ventilation (for 1-min) after full-oxygen ventilation could facilitate pulmonary deflation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在气胸或术中需要使用人工气胸者；
2.存在气道内损伤或狭窄者；
3.预计存在插管困难者；
4.气道内有大量分泌物者；
5.有胸膜粘连或有既往胸部手术史者；
6.慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者；
7.体重BMI指数≥35者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pneumothorax or using artificial penumothorax;
2. Airway lesions or stenosis that could affect ventilation;
3. Expected difficult intubation;
4. Expected profuse airway secretion;
5. Pleural adhesion or past thoracic surgery;
6. Chronic obstructive disease (COPD);
7. BMI at more than 35.
