研究目的：

随着玻璃体切割术的广泛应用，术后白内障的发病率逐年增加，并成为玻璃体视网膜疾病手术治疗后视力再次下降的重要原因之一，玻璃体切割手术后白内障的发病原因是多样的，其中细胞因子在其发展过程中起着重要的作用。我们通过研究希望客观的评估TGF-β2、bFGF及ICAM-1对硅油眼并发性白内障发生的影响，对比其在硅油眼并发性白内障与年龄相关性白内障中发生发展的差异，了解TGF-β2、bFGF及ICAM-1在硅油眼并发性白内障发生过程中的关联性。了解硅油眼并发性白内障发生发展的机制对其病变治疗的研究是有益的。  

Objectives of Study：

With the wide application of vitrectomy, postoperative cataract incidence increased year by year, and has become one of the important causes resulting in vision loss again after operation for the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases. Vitrectomy causes cataract after operation is diverse, including cytokines in its development process plays an important role in. We hope the study can evaluate objectively the Influence of the TGF- beta 2, bFGF and ICAM-1 on the influence of complicated cataract after silicone oil infusion happening, contrast the differences between complicated cataract after silicone oil infusion and in age-related cataract, understand the association of TGF- beta 2, bFGF and ICAM-1 in the process of complicated cataract after silicone oil infusion. Understanding the mechanisms of silicone oil filled eyes complicated cataract development is beneficial to the study on the treatment of lesions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①无法耐受手术者；②糖尿病及严重全身疾病引起眼部并发症者；③既往有眼部外伤史或眼部其他疾病并发白内障者；④ 玻璃体切割手术中有机械性损伤晶状体者；⑤不能按计划坚持治疗和未能按研究计划完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Can not tolerate surgery;
2. Ocular complications caused by Diabetes and severe systemic diseases;
3. With a history of ocular trauma history or other ocular disease complicated with cataract;
4. Mechanical injury of lens in the Vitrectomy;
5. Not adhering to treatment and failing to follow by the research plan according to plan.
