研究目的：

探索NEC的危险因素与疾病发生的关联及强度,从而对可能的病因做出判断，为NEC预防和诊疗提供新的研究线索和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate and validate the potential risk factors for necrotizing enterocolitis in Infants, in order to raise a new research clue and theoretical foundation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

第一部分（病例对照研究）：住院时间小于24h、休克、败血症、全身炎症反应综合征、消化道畸形、遗传代谢疾病.
第二部分（队列研究）：出生日期相差>6月，年龄>1周，出生体重>100g.

Exclusion criteria：

Section 1 (case-control study): Hospitalized within 24h, shock, sepsis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, gastrointestinal tract anomalies, genetic and metabolic disease.
Section 2 (cohort study): Date of birth (shorter than 6 month difference), gestational age(shorter than 1 week apart)and birth weight (less than 100g difference)
