研究目的:

筛选疲劳唾液标识谱,建立唾液唾液生物标志物含量或标志物组合变化程度与疲劳度的关系,建立疲劳-唾液生物标志物相关检测模型,进行效能评价,获得重要的疲劳-相关生物标志物信息,为今后对疲劳进行快速定性及定量检测提供科学依据。 (精神和躯体疲劳会导致操作人员由适任状态衰退成亚适任和不适任状态,类似醉酒后失去正常活动或工作的能力,是各国面临的重大公共卫生问题之一。全球每年因疲劳导致的伤害占职业性伤害的21.7%,所致死亡占交通死亡的57%;我国每年因疲劳意外死亡约60万人;但迄今未建立类似酒驾检测的无创、便捷的疲劳检测技术。已有研究显示在疲劳状态下唾液神经节苷脂(GS)、皮质醇(SC)等小分子成为可呈现有规律变化,但难以建立便捷的检测体系。本研究前期工作发现,人体在有限疲劳状态下的唾液成分,在飞行时间质谱检测时的2000~15000Da范围内可获得良好肽谱识别,并发现多个肽的检出与疲劳间呈现一定规律性。本研究拟采用两种疲劳模式人群,完成唾液中疲劳标志肽分析,并建立和验证疲劳-唾液标志物相关检测模型,为快速测定疲劳提供理论依据,理论创新性强;由于唾液的易得性和肽类的易检测性,此项研究的完成也具有重要社会意义和应用前景。)  

Objectives of Study:

Screening for biomarkers in saliva of fatigue state, to establish Fatigue - salivary biomarkers detection model, provide a scientific basis of rapid qualitative and quantitative fatigue detection (Mental and physical fatigue, like drunkenness, can make generally competent operating personnel less competent or even incompetent. Every year 21.7% of the occupational injuries and 57% of the traffic deaths are caused by fatigue. Fatigue causes 600,000 accidental deaths in China every year, and has become a serious health issue for the whole world. However, up to now, a convenient and reliable testing technique for fatigue has not yet been found. Studies showed specific expression of ganglioside (GS)and (SC) in fatigue state, difficult to build convenient detection system. Our previous investigations show that saliva secreted from limited fatigue body can achieve high quality peptide mass fingerprinting within range of 2000-15000Da in mass spectrometric detection during flight time, and that the detection of multiple peptides is fatigue-associated. This study analyzed the fatigue-marking peptides in the saliva from people of two fatigue modes, trying to establish and test a fatigue-saliva marker related test model. This study provides strong and innovative theory bases for quick testing of fatigue and has great social significance and application potential because of the availability of saliva and easy testing of peptide).

排除标准:

具备以下任意一条者不纳入试验:
1、疲劳和低烧
2、咽喉疼痛
3、颈部或腋下淋巴结肿痛
4、肌肉疼痛
5、多发性非关节炎性疼痛
6、头疼
7、睡眠障碍
8、劳累后不适持续24小时以上
9、一周以内服用抗生素
10、反复疲劳持续6个月以上

Exclusion criteria:

Have any of the following items:
1. Fatigue and low heat;
2. Sore throat;
3. The neck or axillary lymph node swelling or pain;
4. muscles pain;
5. Multiple joints inflammatory pain;
6. Have a headache;
7. Sleep disorders;
8. Discomfort persists for more than 24 hours after fatigue;
9. Taking antibiotics within a week;
10. Feeling tired last more than six months.
