研究目的：

超声引导下腹横肌平面（transversus abdominis plane，TAP）阻滞已被证实在许多腹部外科手术的术后镇痛方面能发挥重要作用，但妇科腹腔镜手术患者除了腹部切口的疼痛外，在术后出现的会阴部不适感常常被忽视，因而提供更舒适的镇痛方法，例如联合髂腹下髂腹股沟神经阻滞（Ilioinguinal/iliohypogastric nerve block，IINB）则可能是一种较好的区域阻滞方法。  

Objectives of Study：

TAP blocks can provide effective postoperative analgesia following lower abdominal wall incisions. However, postoperative perineal discomfort cannot be treated well for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Ilioinguinal/iliohypogastric nerve (IIN) block is one of the oldest methods for analgesia. The researchers wish to investigate whether ultrasound-guided TAP block combined with IIN block could relieve pain for patients after laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) BMI指数大于等于35
2) 酒精、尼古丁和阿片类药物滥用
3) 神经精神系统疾病
4) 正参加其它临床试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. body mass index (BMI) more than at least 35kg/m2;
2. opioid use or substance abuse;
3. nervous system diseases;
4. participating in other clinical trials.
