研究目的：

①旨在通过居家下肢力量训练，减缓稳定期COPD患者骨骼肌失能的速度，减轻呼吸困难与疲劳程度，减少急性加重次数，提高的肌肉力量，提高生活质量。 ②旨在将这种居家下肢力量训练纳入到国内稳定期COPD患者常规肺康复项目中，减少急性加重后入院次数，减少看病的经济负担。 ③旨在能够为今后稳定期COPD患者居家肺康复项目添加安全可行的力量训练方式，为未来的居家肺康复提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Aim to reduce the speed of dysfuction of skeletal muscle, reduce the shortness of breath and fatigue, reduce the number of exacerbations, improve muscle stength and quality of life in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage; 2. Aim to apply this home-based program into the domestic normal pulmonary rehabilitation project, reduce the number of hospitalized after acute exacerbations, reduce the economic burden in stable COPD patients; 3. Aim to be able to add safe and feasible way of strength training to the home pulmonary rehabilitation in the future,and provide theoretical basis for the the home pulmonary rehabilitation program in stable COPD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并其他器质性疾病、精神疾病的患者，如心脑血疾病、严重骨关节疾病等。
②运动时有生命危险的患者，如重度肺动脉高压、运动引起晕厥的患者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other organic disease and mental disease patients, such as cardiovascular and blood disease, severe bone joint disease, etc.
2. Once doing sports, it will threaten the patients' life, such as severe pulmonary hypertension patients, exercise induced syncope patients, etc.
