研究目的：

本研究的目的在于比较迷走神经电刺激术和丘脑前核脑深部电刺激术治疗药物难治性部分性癫痫的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this research is to compare the outcomes of vagus nerve stimulation versus deep brain stimulation of the anterior nucleus of the thalamus in patients with pharmacoresistant partial seizure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①迷走神经本身存在病变或受损；
②患者罹患严重的进展性神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统或消化系统疾病；
③患者精神状态不稳定；
④患者具有手术或麻醉禁忌症，如长期服用抗凝、抗血小板药物等；
⑤计划怀孕的女性患者，或是正处于怀孕期及哺乳期妇女。
⑥患者已经或需要其他植入性设备，如心脏起搏器、除颤器、人工耳蜗和脊神
根电刺激器等；
⑦患者由于自身原因需要在未来临床试验期间多次进行核磁共振检查；
⑧患者已经参加了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient has had unilateral or bilateral vagotomy;
2. Patient with a progressive neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary or gastrointestinal condition;
3. Patients with unstable psychiatric condition;
4. Patient with surgical or anesthetic contraindication (e.g. long term of anticoagulant or antiplatelet treatment);
5. Woman of childbearing potential without effective contraception, or pregnant or lactating;
6. Patient currently uses, or expected to use implanted medical device (e.g. cardiac pacemakers, implantable defibrillator, cochlear implant, or spinal cord stimulator);
7. Patient needs frequent magnetic resonance imaging examination during the trial;
8. Patient currently participating in another clinical research.
