研究目的：

明确脑卒中患者早期改良CIMT干预对临床预后和皮质功能重塑的相关性

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the influence of modified constraint-induced movement therapy at early stroke rehabilitation and brain plasticity．

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.进展型卒中，严重高血压、心肺疾病、恶性肿瘤等不能耐受治疗者；
b.严重的关节疼痛或肩关节半脱位；
c.明显的关节活动受限，肩关节被动屈曲、外展＜90°，肘关节伸展＜30°，前臂旋前和旋后＜45°；
d.肌张力严重增高，改良Ashworth＞2级。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with stroke in progression or other disease e that preclude upper-extremity training;
2. the patients who cannot perform the active task training due to the presence of arthralgia or shoulder dislocation;
3. Restricted joint activities in the affected upper extremity or other neurological condition affecting motor function;
4. Serious increased muscular tension and Modified Ashworth 2 or higher.
