研究目的：

全身震動訓練擁有諸多益處，但缺乏中風病人在肌肉痙攣的表現，因此能否藉由震動訓練改善中風患者肌肉痙攣表現，並影響功能性表現乃是本研究探討的議題。 因此，本研究目的旨在探討震動訓練對上、下肢肌肉痙攣與功能性表現之影響。 具體研究目的分述如下： 一、 了解震動訓練對上、下肢在修正式艾許瓦氏量表(Modified Ashworth Scale, MAS)之表現。 二、 了解震動訓練對上、下肢在自覺數字評定量表(Numeric Rating Scale, NRS)之表現。 三、 了解震動訓練對上、下肢在起走測試(Timed up and Go Test)之功能性表現。 四、 了解震動訓練對患者在傅格-梅爾評估量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale, FMA)之功能性表現。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To examine the effect of WBV on the Modified Ashworth Scale performance at upper and lower limbs in patients with stroke; 2. To examine the effect of WBV on the visual analogue scale at upper and lower limbs in patients with stroke; 3. To examine the effect of WBV on the timed up and go test (function ability) in patients with stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

個案排除的條件包含：(1)無法遵從指令，嚴重語言障礙或失語症者；(2)罹患其它骨科疾病(例如嚴重關節炎)或神經系統損傷(例如周邊神經損傷)會影響下肢踩車運動訓練執行者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive impairment; (2) Orthopedic problems (Severe arthritis) or other history of neuropathology (Peripheral nerve injury).
