Objectives of Study：

To investigate the value of magnetic resonance elastography in assessing liver functional reserve;

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 肝癌肿块≥10cm可能存在肿瘤破裂风险者；
（2） 患者肝脏磁共振检查配合不佳致使图像质量不佳的患者；
（3） 肝内铁含量过高致使磁共振信号减弱的患者；
（4） 不适合肝功能储备检查的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. liver tumor diameter over 10cm and have the risk of tumor rupture;
2. The patient who can not cooperate MR scan;
3. Iron overload in liver lead to MR signal decrease;
4. The patient who is inappropriate for liver functional reserve test.
