研究目的：

前瞻性随机对照研究方案，对患有非特异性肛门坠胀症状的女性患者进行电针治疗，探讨电针“次髎、下髎、长强”穴的针灸处方对女性非特异性肛门坠胀症状及其生活质量改善是否具有临床意义？以期为针灸临床决策和科学研究提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the curative effect of nonspecific anus tenesmus uncomfortable symptoms by electroacupuncturing crissum acupoints.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 内痔、肛瘘具有手术指征的患者；
② 骨科疾病：腰椎间盘突出、骶部肿瘤；
③ 直肠内脱垂、肛管直肠恶性肿瘤、肛周脓肿等；
④ 妇科疾病：子宫后位、慢性盆腔炎、盆腔瘀血症、直肠子宫内膜异位症等；
⑤ 有内痔、肛瘘手术病史；
⑥ 合并严重的心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发疾病；
⑦ 拒绝针灸治疗患者，包括惧怕针刺，无法坚持针灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hemorrhoids and anal fistula surgical pointer;
2. Orthopaedic disease: lumbar disc and sacral tumor;
3. Anorectal malignant tumor, rectum prolapse crissum abscess, etc;
4. Gynaecology disease: uterus, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic blood stasis syndrome, rectum endometriosis;
5. had history of hemorrhoids, anal fistula operation;
6. Serious systemic disease;
7. Refused to acupuncture treatment, including the fear of acupuncture and unable to adhere to the pain of acupuncture treatment.

将全部入组患者按就诊顺序编号，采用SPSS软件获取随机编号，即列出流水号为01～60号所对应的治疗分配（即随机编码表），并依次装入密封不透光信件，进行随机化分组，分为电针治疗组与假电针治疗组
