研究目的：

脑双频指数和听觉诱发电位指数在七氟醚和异丙酚全麻中预测失去意识时敏感性和特异性的比较目前国内外全麻中出现术中知晓的发生率很高，资料统计显示在0.1-1%，给患者带来极大的心理伤害。麻醉医生想要避免术中知晓，必须加大麻醉药剂量，但是此时会增加患者出现过量麻醉而导致一系列的并发症。脑双频指数和听觉诱发电位指数是监测麻醉深度的有效设备，二者在麻醉中对于麻醉医生控制麻醉深度有着很好的指导意义。我们想比较二者在预测患者失去意识时的敏感性和特异性。

Objectives of Study：

There is an increasing concern of awareness and recall during general anaesthesia for both the patient and the anaesthetist. The bispectral index (BIS) is used to assess the level of sedation and depth of anaesthesia and detect consciousness in different anaesthetic drugs. Middle-latency auditory evoked potentials (AEP) also quantifies action of anaesthetic drugs and detects the transition from consciousness to unconsciousness.
