研究目的：

本课题的目的是在我们已经建立的体外循环阶段经麻醉机向氧合器给予挥发性麻醉药方法的基础上，于不同转流温度下研究异氟醚和七氟醚浓度变化对BIS和AEPi的影响。同时探讨桡动脉血、颈内静脉血以及氧合器出口气中吸入麻醉药分压与BIS和AEPi间的相关性。从而更好地指导心脏手术CPB阶段合理使用不同吸入麻醉药。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of different inhaled anesthetic concentrations on BIS and AEPi under different temperatures using the channel fixed in the oxygenator to administer inhalation anesthetic.In the same time,the relationships between inhaled anesthetic pressure in blood or expired gas and BIS or AEPi were observed. it would be better to conduct the application of inhaled anesthetics in the phase of cardiopulmonary bypass.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

感染、风湿活跃及血液免疫系统病变者，三个月内有急性心肌梗塞发作者，严重肝肾功能不全者

Exclusion criteria：

patients with infection,active rheumatism or disorder of immune system; Acute Myocardial Infarction in 3 months; severe disfunction of liver or kedney.
