研究目的：

（1）了解ASD儿童较发育正常儿童胃肠道及肠道菌群、睡眠、进食行为、生活质量现状、智力发育水平及营养状况。（2）探讨体内VA及其核受体RARs与CD38、OXT、RORA表达及ASD临床表型的相关性;探索VA与肠道菌群、肠道症状、ASD临床表型关系。（3）揭示VA缺乏与ASD发病风险之间的因果关系，揭示VA及其信号通路对CD38、OXT、RORA表达调控及VA与肠道菌群、肠道症状、代谢产物与ASD发病的具体分子机制。

Objectives of Study：

First, explore the differences in gastrointestinal problems, microbiota,eating behaviors,sleep disorders,quality life,development quiotients,different nutriens levels,etc.between children with ASD and CON. Second,we suggest that VA possibly regulate CD38, OXT and RORA expressions through RARs, increasing the risk of ASD in VAD (vitamin A deficiency) condition in ASD.VA also participants the microbiota regulation.Changes in microbiota may result in more serious autism.So the study is intended to have a further study on the roles of VA and RARs in the pathogenesis of ASD, and expect to provide important theoretical and experimental basis for the early diagnosis and intervention.

Inclusion criteria

ASD group: children age 2-18 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the American diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-V). CON group: healthy people

排除标准：

ASD组：共患其他发育障碍疾病，近1月有急慢性感染性疾病，不愿参与研究者 CON组：无疾病

Exclusion criteria：

ASD group-Comorbidity with other developmental disorders, acute/chronic infectious diseases, unwiling to participant in study. CON group-no diseases
