Objectives of Study：

The objective of the present study was to identify risk factors for absolute failure in a patients with early stage of osteonecrosis who underwent core depression.

患者为18岁以上，70岁早期股骨头坏死，于我院行股骨头钻孔减压的患者，美国麻醉师医师学会身体一般状况分级I-III

Inclusion criteria

Eligible patients will be those diagnosed early stage osteonecrosis of femoral head who underwent core depression in our hospital, aged 18 to 70 years, and American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I-III.

排除标准：

慢性肾功能不全（Cr>1.4 mg/dL或肾小球滤过率<60 mL/min), 体重指数>40 kg/m2, 创伤引起的股骨头坏死

Exclusion criteria：

Chronic renal insufficiency (CR > 1.4 mg / dL or glomerular filtration rate < 60 ml / min), body mass index > 40 kg / m2, femoral head necrosis caused by trauma
