研究目的：

在慢性精神分裂症患者人群中调查伴发躯体疾病状况（糖尿病、心血管疾病以及肿瘤）及其影响因素（一般资料、心理状况及血液指标），并针对慢性精神分裂症开展糖尿病的前瞻性干预研究（干预生活方式）。这项研究的主旨是调查，后期仅仅进行初探式的干预。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the prevalence and influential factors(general information, psychological status and blood indicators) of somatic diseases(diabetes, cardiovascular disease and tumors) in Chinese patients with chronic schizophrenia and conduct a prospective intervention study in whom with diabetes(intervention on lifestyle). The main purpose of the study is investigatation in instead of intervention.

排除标准：

严重神经系统疾病、精神发育迟滞的患者；娠妊或哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

patients with severe neurological diseases or mental retardation, and pregnant or lactating women.
