研究目的：

1.解析青春期启动前后学龄儿童常见病的发生风险与环境因素的相关性。 2.提出针对性的中国儿童青少年平衡的健康干预策略，塑造良好的饮食运动习惯。 3.阐明空气污染物浓度与环境因素对儿童致敏性和生长发育的影响及健康时滞效应。 

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the correlation between the risk of common diseases and environmental factors in school-age children pre-, during and post-puberty; 2. Develop targeted balanced health intervention strategies for Chinese children and adolescents to shape healthy life styles; 3. Clarify lagged healthy effects of air pollutant concentration and relevant environmental factors on children's allergy and growth development.

研究设计：

析因分组（即根据危险因素或暴露因素分组） 

Study design：

Factorial 

纳入标准：

(1)受试者为学龄期1年级儿童，年龄为6-7岁； (2)居住在北京市顺义城区； (3)就读于公立非寄宿制小学； (4)父母和儿童智力正常，没有语言障碍，能完成相关问卷的填写和配合进行血、尿、粪便和指甲毛发等标本的采集； (5)签署知情同意。 

Inclusion criteria

Being healthy and both parents agreeing to three rounds of specimen collections from their children (blood, urine, feces, saliva and hair) for biochemical and metal element assays, as well as sequential anthropometric measurement.  

排除标准：

患有精神疾病或残疾，总体健康状况不佳和/或先天性心肺功能不全的儿童。 

Exclusion criteria：

Children who had mental illness or disability, poor general health, and/or congenital cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
